Andrew Belcher

Andrew has been in the world of project management in various organizations for the past 15 years. He has started businesses and developed processes for working and functioning in the most efficient ways. For many years Andrew worked in a remote department management position working with 250+ individuals in 25 different countries as they worked on different kinds of translation projects. This experience taught him a lot about remote and distributed teamwork and cohesion, as well as ensuring projects are of a high quality and timely. In addition to this role, Andrew has been in development roles in non-profits where he was able to successfully build partnerships and fundraise to advance the mission of the organization. Andrew's background is diverse and in many different arenas from businesses to churches and non-profits. But, the diversity is a benefit as it produces a skill base and a knowledge base to pursue excellence in whatever he is engaged in.
